Performance Technique Classes

Our Performance & Stage Skills classes provide technical knowledge from basic stage directions, travelling and blocking to advanced vocal projection and stage combat techniques.

We cover a wide range of Vocal skills including pronunciation and enunciation both especially useful for improving diction. The performance techniques go hand in hand with Performing in our Productions or undertaking Optional Exams.

Stage Skills Workshop

A stage performer requires multiple technical skills and the ability to convey a vast array of emotions in a short space of time. Above all, stage performers require the ability to both engage and dazzle a live audience. In addition to mastering the basics of Stage Directions, Travelling and Blocking we'll look at more advanced skills including verbal and non-verbal cues, stage combat techniques, physicality workshops including the Alexander Technique and Laban Movement Analysis.

Stagecraft Lessons

Stagecraft lessons can cover everything from the writing of a play to its staging, set design, lighting, costumes and makeup. Learn what it takes to put on production and have the opportunity to use these skills to help produce one of our Live Performances.
